I generally try to be positive and promote businesses, especially locally in my neighborhood of over 20 years. However, I’m reading these reviews and I cannot believe for a moment that no one, not even one single person mentions the smell when you walk into that office. The doctor care was great and the doctor was very attentive and I truly enjoyed her, but I will not go back. I felt the staff and the ladies to be fairly cold and only about money and insurance coverage from the moment I walked in. I played the game and played overly nice and even decided to go back a second time so that I could pick up the glasses, but I will not go back. It was an OK experience, but that smell of dog urine has got to go. You need to do something about it. It is putrid and foul. It is amazing to me that no one mentions it. I’m not upset just found the experience to be mediocre even though the doctor was great. That’s just my honest opinion for constructive criticism and hopefully improvement. Beyond the smell, which was so difficult to bear to the point where I felt nauseous on the way out, the staff really needs some sensitivity and Customer Service training. Not impressed. But again, the doctor care was great no complaints on that side. I hope this is constructive. Thank you.

Very patient, friendly and knowledgeable team. The equipment for the eye exam appears to be state of the art. The boutique offers many high end designer frames and is well designed. Highly recommend.

Dr. Canlas and her staff were great - the techs doing my initial scans explained everything and any additional charges before we started, and Dr. Canlas was thorough in asking questions about some issues I was having with my prescription and possible causes.
